The Korenact client guide
Learn the workspace, prepare your first workflow, and handle everyday work with confidence.
Choose your starting point
Korenact helps your organization answer approved questions, collect administrative requests, carry out permitted actions through supported connections, and involve staff when a request needs a person. This guide follows the pages in your organization’s workspace.
Understand the building blocks
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Your organization’s conversations, agents, rules, knowledge, connections, and reports. Check the organization name before making changes. |
| Agent | A saved role with an opening line, channels, permitted capabilities, and a rules profile. |
| Workflow | The operational view of an agent: what starts it, what it understands, what rules apply, and whether its actions are ready. |
| Channel | How a conversation reaches the organization, such as phone, SMS, or a configured website relay. |
| Rules profile | The permissions, data access, identity requirements, approvals, and handover conditions governing an agent. |
| Connection | A configured link to a supported external system, such as a scheduling calendar. |
| Action | A proposed or attempted operation. Its recorded status tells you whether it completed, was blocked, or needs follow-up. |
| Handoff | A request passed to a person, with the available conversation context. |

What this guide covers
These instructions describe the current application. Labels sometimes differ between navigation and page headings: “Review queue” opens “Needs a person”; “Phone numbers” opens “Numbers”; “Platform settings” opens a read-only “Platform” page. Healthcare workspaces call the overview “Patient access”.
