What you see

The overview is your starting point after sign-in. Healthcare navigation calls it Patient access. The page summarizes your organization’s work, links to essential configuration pages, and displays recent conversations.

Use the overview step by step

  1. Check that the organization name is correct.
  2. If the setup banner appears, use it to finish configuring the first role.
  3. Open the waiting-items banner to handle approvals and handoffs.
  4. Review conversation volume and the most common intents to understand demand.
  5. Open a recent conversation that needs investigation, or choose View conversations / See all for the wider list.
  6. Open the cost breakdown when usage changes unexpectedly.

Interpret the numbers

“Actions completed” counts confirmed executions. A conversation being resolved does not prove that every requested action succeeded. A dash in a rate or an empty chart can simply mean there are no relevant records yet. The periods differ between the 30-day summary and the 14-day activity chart.

Follow Usage & cost for estimates and Review queue for individual operational exceptions.
