Workspace setup
Choose the work your team wants to handle and create the first draft agents.

Setup turns selected jobs into saved draft agents with role-based starting instructions and rules. Healthcare workspaces prioritize patient access, appointments, intake, and after-hours work. These are starting points to review, not live service activation.
Create drafts
- Open Setup after creating a workspace, or choose Set up your workspace on the overview if setup is incomplete.
- Read each job card. Start with one focused job rather than selecting everything.
- Select the card; its selected state shows which job will be created. Select it again to deselect.
- Choose Create draft agents (or the button showing the number selected).
- After success, review the created draft cards and the links to rules, connections, and testing.
- Choose Review the agents to continue configuring each draft, or Go to the overview to return to operations.
Finish the setup outside this page
Open the rules profile to decide permissions, add approved knowledge, verify required connections, and test the agent. A draft is not an active call-answering service. After-hours roles do not automatically schedule availability or install a reminder service.
