Accounts & access

Create a new organization, sign in to an existing workspace, and understand who can change what.

Open this workspace page

Sign in to an existing organization

  1. Open Sign in.
  2. Enter your Work email and Password.
  3. Choose Sign in to workspace. Successful sign-in opens the overview.
  4. Check the organization name and your role in the workspace header before reviewing records or making changes.

Use the account provisioned for your organization. If you need a staff account, ask the administrator how accounts are provisioned. There is no self-service team invitation screen in this version.

Create a new organization

  1. Open Create an account only when you intend to create a new organization.
  2. Enter the Organization name (or Facility or clinic name for healthcare), select your industry, and enter Your name and Work email.
  3. Set a Password with at least 10 characters.
  4. Review the linked terms and privacy policy, then choose Create your workspace.
  5. The app opens Setup. Follow Workspace setup to create draft agents.

Roles and permissions

RoleTypical access
Owner / AdminView organization records and reports; create, change, and remove agents; manage rules, knowledge, connections, numbers, channels, routing, and Intelligence controls; perform staff review operations.
SupervisorView organization records and reports; start and continue workspace conversations; perform identity checks; resolve conversations; approve or decline pending actions; mark handoffs handled; record Intelligence outcomes.
ViewerView workspace records and reports. Staff approvals, conversation changes, and administrative configuration require a higher role.

Some pages show a control even when your account cannot use it. A permission error means the server refused the change. Ask an owner or admin for the correct access; do not create a second organization as a workaround. Locked rule profiles cannot be edited through the current editor.

Sessions and sign-out

  1. Use the sign-out icon beside your account in the navigation rail when finished on a shared device.
  2. If the app says the session expired, open Sign in again with your existing account.
  3. If the account is inactive or credentials are rejected, contact your administrator using the organization’s support process.

This version does not offer a password-reset page, self-service MFA setup, SSO setup, or team-management screen. Account recovery and access changes need administrator help.
