Understand metered activity and estimated provider costs for your organization.

- Review Estimated provider cost and Per conversation.
- Compare Tokens and Carrier time with the service volume you expected.
- Read Where it goes to see the cost split by activity type.
- Read By provider to identify the largest contributors.
- Use Reasoning tokens to distinguish input, cached input, and output.
The daily cost chart displays at most 30 days even when the selected summary is 90 days. Its caption identifies that shorter period. Empty usage can mean no metered provider events have been recorded yet.
What the estimates include
| Metric | Interpretation |

| Estimated provider cost | Recorded provider activity multiplied by rates configured for this deployment. |
| Per conversation | Estimated metered cost divided across recorded conversations in the reporting window. |
| Tokens | Measured model input/output and cached-input usage where reported. |
| Carrier time | Recorded voice duration, separate from synthesized speech duration. |
| By activity / By provider | Attribution of metered activity, not a full reconciliation of provider invoices. |
Investigate a cost change
- Compare the same reporting window before drawing a conclusion.
- Identify whether volume, call duration, model calls, or synthesized speech increased.
- Compare the provider and activity breakdowns.
- Use Intelligence for model usage, budget commitments, and outcome review.
- Use Conversations to inspect representative requests.
- Share the affected period and measurements with the administrator; rate changes are deployment configuration, not a setting on this screen.
